Direct Service Workforce

We will be increasing hourly wages. We will dedicate of the grant amount towards this activity. The hourly wage increase will be issued based on experience and performance.

We will be providing a bonus structure for Direct Support Professionals based on performance and their adherence to the agency mission, vision, and core values.

We will be providing ongoing training opportunities for direct support workers to give them the tools to improve professional skills to meet the needs of the individuals that we serve in our programs.

We will utilize the grant funds to increase staff recoupment efforts. Using these efforts to hopefully attract and maintain an adequate workforce.
